I am on day one of my cleanse diet, reading your blog was even more validation for why I'm doing this and that I can get it done! The deviled eggs looked really good, I am going to try to make them later in the week. I am a little apprehensive about my deep cleanse days but I am also looking forward to them. Thanks for the added inspiration and motivation.

So glad to find this. I have been a YOYO dieter since I had my daughter. I am trying WW for the 3rd time. I need to lose at least 50lbs. I am terrified that I will fail, but finding your website gives me hope.

First day of the cleanse diet from isogenix, starving, tired, light headed and cranky. My girlfriend and I decided to split the 30 program. I'm sorry I agreed to it, but I wanted to try and support her in her weight loss. I want to eat an entire pizza! Its going to be a rough 15 days.

I am starting this tomorrow with a personal coach , I'm excited and have been surfing the web all day trying to find out more , I would like to lose 30 lbs but really want my health back and surfers and salts cleansed out of me so I can go back onto ww again with out going over point s it's good to see a ww member ( which I'm a gold key member ) going threw with this .
